We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or were simply not the desired fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Orders are eligible for exchange within the first 30 days upon purchase.
At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases.
If you wish to return an item and forgo an exchange/replacement you will receive store credit of your purchase amount. This credit will be provided to you in the form of a Versattire Gift Card. You are eligible for an exchange or store credit within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer exchanges or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For all international orders, duties will be paid for the purchaser. We do not offer returns for international orders. Due to possible 3rd party fees, all shipping charges for international purchase exchanges are to be paid for by the original purchaser.
