FAQ/Shipping Policy

Our orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the location. We are not responsible for 3rd party carrier delays. 

Versattire set out to change the industry. We tested hundreds of fabrics to bring you the most innovative, performance shirts in the world. Our fabric brings you:

- Machine washable (No dry cleaning)

- 4-way fabric stretch

- Super comfortability 

- Wrinkle resistance

We encourage all our future Versattire wearers to explore the size chart for our products located in each product page. It is here where you can find out what dimensions and lengths our shirts come in so you can feel confident that your shirt fits great.

Special Note: Our button down shirts generally come with a regular, true-to-size fit. 

We always working to expand our product selections. You can stay up to date on new colors, prints, and style releases by joining our email list located on the bottom of our homepage or follow us on Instagram or Facebook @myversattire. 

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or were simply not the desired fit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@myversattire.com. Orders are eligible for exchange within the first 30 days upon purchase.

Returns

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases. 

Store Credit

If you wish to return an item and forgo an exchange/replacement you will receive store credit of your purchase amount. This credit will be provided to you in the form of a Versattire Gift Card. You are eligible for an exchange or store credit within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer exchanges or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

International Orders

For all international orders, duties will be paid for the purchaser. We do not offer returns for international orders. Due to possible 3rd party fees, all shipping charges for international purchase exchanges are to be paid for by the original purchaser.
